ESFA Yangın is an engineering and contracting firm working in fire protection. We are based in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, and work on sites across Istanbul and the wider Marmara region.

We started the company after seeing, time and again, fire systems installed only to obtain an occupancy permit and then left without maintenance. The goal was clear from day one: deliver systems that are designed correctly, installed cleanly and still work years later.
Today we handle every layer, from the pump room to the detection panel, in factories, logistics warehouses, hotels, hospitals, office buildings and residential complexes. Our engineers and installation crews work as one team, so what is agreed at the survey is what gets built.
For sites under a maintenance contract we schedule periodic inspections, report every visit and keep the records that fire brigade and insurance audits ask for.

How we work
Calculation first
Every system is sized by hydraulic calculation, hazard class and the relevant standard. We do not pick equipment by eye.
Our own crews
We do not subcontract installation. Our fitters work alongside the engineer who designed the system.
Documented handover
Pressure and flow tests, commissioning reports and as-built drawings come with every handover.
Long-term care
We maintain what we install and respond quickly to faults. Most of our clients have been with us for years.
