Personal Data Processed

The contact and quote form on this website collects the following data:

• Identity: first name and surname
• Professional: company name
• Contact: telephone number, e-mail address
• Request: the content you write in the message field
• Transaction security: the IP address and date and time of submission

Please do not include special categories of personal data, such as health information, in the message field.

Purposes of Processing

• Assessing and responding to your enquiries and quote requests
• Preparing quotations and conducting pre-contract discussions for survey, design, installation and maintenance services
• Preventing misuse of the form and maintaining information security
• Meeting legal obligations and using records as evidence in any dispute

Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the grounds that processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c) and that it is necessary for ESFA's legitimate interests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f). IP and timestamp data may also be processed to comply with legal obligations (Article 5/2-ç). Where any processing falls outside these grounds, for example sending informational messages, your explicit consent will be requested separately.

Transfer of Data

Your data may be transferred to hosting and database service providers located in Türkiye that host the website and form records, solely to provide that service and only to the extent necessary. It may be disclosed to authorised public bodies where legally required. Your personal data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for marketing.

Method of Collection

Data is collected electronically through the website form, submitted directly by you. IP address and timestamp are recorded automatically on submission.

Retention Period

Data submitted through the form is kept for a maximum of 2 years after your request has been concluded and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. If your request leads to a contract, data relating to that contract is kept for the periods required by applicable legislation.

Your Rights under Article 11

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to apply to ESFA to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information about such processing
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose
• Know the third parties, in Türkiye or abroad, to whom data has been transferred
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions of Article 7
• Request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of any correction, deletion or destruction
• Object to an outcome against you arising solely from automated analysis
• Claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing

Applications

You can send requests regarding your rights by e-mail to esfa@esfayangin.com.tr, with sufficient information for us to verify your identity. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest, depending on their nature. Where the request involves an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board.
